Here's a recipe from my friend Patti...
I'd never made gingersnaps before... they were so easy and SOOOO good... too good... they're almost gone.
GINGERSNAP CRINKLES
With an electric mixer, cream together...
3/4 c margarine
3/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c molasses
1 egg
Combine the following then add to above...
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp EACH of cloves, cinnamon, ginger
1/4 tsp salt
2 c flour
Chill dough overnight or for a few hours.
Shape into balls & roll in sugar.
Place on pan, (don't press down)
Bake @ 350' for about 10-12 minutes (a little longer in my oven)
She said she usually doubles the recipe... I will next time!! It make over 2 dozen but 4 dozen would have been waaaayyy better!

Wow! Those look great! And, I know you wouldn't just be teasing us with the picture... you can just bring mine by the store tomorrow (12-4) ;)
Not only do the cookies look great, but look at that immaculate kitchen!!! (you won't be finding any pics of my kitchen online that's for sure...)
Kerry makes these and they don't last very long.
They are also magically delicious...
but they are no sushi.
